How to obtain
Poplars grow naturally in Dappled Forests, including fallen trunks. Saplings drop from leaves and may be sold by wandering traders, allowing the wood to be farmed near a base after the first expedition.
Wood set
Logs craft into planks, stairs, slabs, fences, gates, doors, trapdoors, buttons, pressure plates, signs, boats, and the other standard wood blocks. The pale palette contrasts strongly with the saturated autumn leaves.
Three foliage colors
Red, orange, and yellow leaves are separate blocks, but poplars share one sapling. The grown tree chooses its foliage color randomly, so a specific palette may require planting several saplings and selecting the desired canopies.
Building ideas
The planks suit light structural frames, while the colored leaves work as seasonal accents. Shears or a Silk Touch tool preserve leaf blocks; without either, collecting a full decorative canopy is impractical.
