Behavior and danger
It fights at range like a skeleton, but its arrows inflict Poison. Its firing cadence differs slightly, and as undead it burns in sunlight.
Drops and uses
Besides bones and arrows, mushrooms may drop, and using shears removes the growth for extra mushrooms without immediately killing the mob.
Strategy and edition notes
A shield blocks the arrow and poison, while milk clears an existing effect. In trials, remove other mobs first and use pillars as cover; both editions support this approach.
