Each level adds 2.5 damage against undead mobs such as zombies, skeletons, phantoms, and withers.
Practical use
Smite V outperforms Sharpness against undead, especially withers and skeleton farms. Keep a Sharpness weapon for mixed targets.

Restrictions and compatibility
